JettRoc Brand reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our Web Site.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
JettRoc wants you to feel confident in ordering on line. If you find what you purchased is not what you expected from our description or the wrong size please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item for an exchange.
Exchanges will only be given if the garment is unworn with all tags secured. Any items exchanged will incur an extra postage fee.
Sale items will not be refunded or exchanged.
DAMAGED / FAULTY ITEMS:
All items are thoroughly checked by our quality control department prior to posting and all care is taken in the packaging of your item to ensure that no damage will occur in the delivery process.
In the event an item is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately for a replacement. Faulty Goods can be returned if labels are still secured and attached and the item unworn for an exchange or refund.
CANCELLATION:Please notify us immediately at if you wish to cancel your order by clicking here. A 5% administration fee will be charged on all cancellations to cover processing costs.
POSTAGE & SHIPPING:
All other orders will be sent via Australia Post Express Post which has an easy and reliable tracking system. Please add an extra $10.00 for postage and allow 3 - 7 working days for delivery. Delivery times will depend on the stock we have on hand. We will send an email confirming your order and order status.
OVERSEAS ORDERS:
If ordering from overseas payment can be made by PayPal and currency will be converted into Australian Dollars accordingly. |
